• Outstanding: Transaction balance on the debtor. Sum of Current, 30, 60, 90 and 120 days plus.
• Current: Transaction Balance < 30 days (The ageing of 30-,60-,90-,120+days should not be taken literally. It is meant to indicate current month (as per report end date) minus 1-,2-,3-,4 months respectively)
• 30 Days: Transaction Balance > 30 days and < 60 days
• 60 Days: Transaction Balance > 60 days and < 90 days
• 90 Days: Transaction Balance > 90 days and < 120 days
• 120 Days plus: Transaction Balance > 120 days
